Amazing customer service needed a car for Thanksgiving weekend trip. Called and rented same day easy transaction and Hayley was a delight to deal with. Shr walked me through the whole process over the phone and made me feel valued as a customer. Support small businesses!!!! Will rent again.

We worked with Taylor at PIRR Auto and he was fantastic! Not only was the communication great, and the customer service great, but he made the purchase quick! They had all paperwork done quickly and we were able to get in and out with four kids in a timely manner. Highly recommend them to family and friends.
